Frank Neugebauer Frank is Assistant Vice President of Technology for ACORD. In addition to managing the evolution of the ACORD Framework, he also manages ACORD's technology. Previously he was at IBM where he held various positions in the insurance consulting, software architecture, and software sales areas of the business. Prior to IBM, he was the Enterprise Architect for a mid-sized, non-standard insurer.
Boris Bulanov Boris is a Senior Director of Technology for Progress Software. In his current role he develops emerging technical strategies for standards-based enterprise architectures. Prior to Progress, Boris worked in similar roles for Informatica, IONA, and IBM.
