The Product will not be used, transferred, exported or re-exported to, or for the benefit of, directly or indirectly, any Government End User, other than those of, or in: a. Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxemburg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States b. A "Government End User" is defined in U.S. Export Administration Regulations 15 CFR 772 as: c. ny foreign central, regProgressl or local government department, agency, or other entity performing governmental functions; including any governmental research intuitions, governmental corporations or their separate business units which are engaged in the manufacture or distribution of items or services controlled on the Wassenaar Munitions List, and any internatProgressl governmental organizations (UN, NATO, OPEC, etc.). E. The Product will not be used for: a. Designing, developing or fabricating nuclear weapons or nuclear explosive devices, or devising, carrying out, or evaluating nuclear tests or nuclear explosions; b.
