- Home Module
The Home Module acts as the primary interface to Savvion BusinessManager. It enables users to obtain real-time information to perform tasks and launch process instances. It not only logs entries to tasks and applications, but it also allows you to link to useful resources such as documents, external URLs, and additional applications and services. This functionality ensures that tasks are always fulfilled as strategically and timely as possible. The BPM Portal Home Module is the central place that you can manage tasks, get help, and reassign work.
- Management Module
The Management Module gives managers a dashboard where they can easily start, monitor, and control process instances. They can also create, query and analyze data in the form of reports, graphs and spreadsheets. The BPM Portal Management Module allows you to change running processes so that you can increase effectiveness, assess risk and quickly make changes to reduce exposure.
- Administration Module
The Administration Module enables administrators of Savvion BusinessManager to modify configuration parameters, manage user/group privileges, install/uninstall applications, and publish applications as web services. The BPM Portal Administration Module provides comprehensive permissions and access control and strong web services security. With it you can control work queues, supervise servers and applications, and access detailed audit trails to pinpoint issues.
