Details on the imminent migration to Progress Software Support
Welcome once again to the Progress Software community. As we communicated earlier this year, Progress Software acquired Iona Technologies in September 2008. We are pleased to inform you that as a result, there are some exciting enhancements to your services that will ensure our ability to meet your evolving technology needs. Beginning January 12, 2009, the Progress Customer Service and Technical Support teams will engage with Iona staff to support you and also provide you with online software upgrades and downloads.

Our operation is worldwide, with Support Centers running in the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, Ireland and India.

Progress Tech Support Direct: Online Case Submission & Tracking
TechSupport Direct (TSD) is Progress Software’s premier online case tracking system, where you will be able to log, monitor, update, and close cases over the web.
We are gradually migrating customers to TechSupport Direct by product. Based on your product community, you will have access to TSD during the following timeframe:

Register for TechSupport Direct:
In order to log and manage cases online, you must register for TSD. To register, please go to the TechSupport Direct login webpage and select the register link.
Find TechSupport Direct
Go to the Progress Technical Support home page and select your product line. Access to “TechSupport Direct” will be an option listed under Contact Support area. Please note that your product specific support page will be available when TechSupport Direct is released.
