Progress Global Customer Support would like to welcome Savvion customers to the Progress family. Over the next few months we will be integrating a number of the Savvion resources into the Progress Global Customer Support Website and adding a number of new features available to Savvion customers, including:

The ability to create and update support cases via a new online case-tracking system
An online knowledge base where you will be able to search for answers to common questions on Progress Savvion products
A Progress Savvion customer forum where users can communicate and exchange tips and best practices
